We adapt to the situation and we react quickly: We offer the possibility of increasing staffing within a few dozen minutes of the client's information and reducing it immediately after the tasks are completed.

SGP Group has been operating intensively since 2006, carrying out quality inspections at the request of clients and supporting the production process. Qualified staff is responsible for the implementation of tasks. We ensure complete professionalism, which earns us the trust of our clients, and our commitment translates into improved work organization and the motivation of the entire team.

Our employees are at your disposal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The arrival time of SGP inspectors at the client's facility, from the moment a valid request is submitted, is typically up to 60 minutes for a group of up to four people, and a maximum of 120 minutes for a group of 5-10 people. We can modify these times to suit individual client requirements.

Activities carried out by SGP Group employees are conducted in accordance with clearly defined procedures. Since 2008, the organization has operated according to the standard ISO 9001: 2015, and each controller undergoes basic training before commencing services. Methods are also used to confirm competence. MSA.

The credibility of the organization is also confirmed by the certificate TISAX, which is a standard for assessing information security in the supply chain, particularly important in the automotive industry, and the code NCAGE 9CS0H, awarded to entities operating in the supply system for institutions related to NATO.

From the moment we start working with you, each client is assigned a supervisor, the so-called A coordinator who is available 24 hours a day throughout the duration of the contractUpon receipt of an order, the Coordinator ensures the appropriate number of trained personnel and supervises their work. They are also responsible for preparing and submitting inspection reports and maintaining ongoing contact with the client and supplier.

In accordance with our client's individual requirements, we prepare periodic reports on the activities carried out. Clients are regularly informed about the results of our work, with the possibility of live update.

Petru Boie from SGP Romania combined his passion for sport with real help. He finished second in his category in the Thermal Trail Race 2025, and the following day, he completed a 100km charity race, Hope on Wheels, supporting the construction of children's hospitals.

SGP Group is the organizer of two proprietary industry conferences: HR Days and Quality DaysThe events create a space for the exchange of knowledge and experiences between experts, practitioners, and business representatives. HR Days focus on labor market challenges, management, and competency development, while Quality Days focus on quality management, processes, and solutions supporting modern industry.

As part of its CSR activities, SGP Group supports employees' sports activities and healthy lifestyles. For example, the company participated in the X-Man Romania triathlon in Oradea, where it acted as both a sponsor and participant. 

Our company relay team started on the route: Petru Boie and Marcin Górajec. 

The competition included: 

1900 m open water swimming, 

93 km of road cycling, 

21,1 km run. 

Result: 3rd place among 12 classified relay teams and a time of 5:31.
This result demonstrates not only excellent sports preparation, but also what matters every day at SGP Group: cooperation, consistency and responsibility for the common result. 

SGP Group actively participates in industry organizations that support the exchange of knowledge, experience, and the building of lasting business relationships. Membership includes: in the Katowice Special Economic Zone (KSSE), the Silesia Automotive & Advanced Manufacturing Cluster, the Polish Chamber of Railways and the Regional Chamber of Commerce in Katowice allows us to stay up to date with the most important trends, challenges and directions of development of modern industry. 

As part of its CSR activities, SGP Group supports sports and a healthy lifestyle among employees. In 2026, a team of our employees participated in the 15th Polish Railway Football Championship, organized by the Polish Chamber of Railways. The event brought together 24 teams and nearly 300 players in Bydgoszcz. 

The tournament combines sporting competition with industry integration and relationship building beyond everyday business cooperation.

At SGP Group, we've long been united not only by our projects but also by our culinary traditions. Pizza Day, Fat Thursday, and Chocolate Day have become small rituals ingrained in the team's daily routine. It was from this atmosphere that the idea was born in 2024 to create something lasting – our own cookbook.  
"Quality on a Plate" is a collection of authentic, homemade recipes from our employees. The kind you cook after work, on weekends, for family and friends. With every dish stands a specific person, their history, region and flavor that is important to them. 
The result? A book that not only reeks of fine cuisine but also shows the human side of the SGP Group. 

The best way to experience a Quality Lab is from the inside. That's why we regularly organize Quality Lab Days for people from various areas of our company who don't always have the opportunity to see how our quality and engineering center—the place where we conduct diagnostics, measurements, and quality control for manufacturing companies—operates in practice. 

During these meetings, participants will learn about SGP Quality Lab services and technologies, and get a behind-the-scenes look at diagnostics, measurement, and quality control. It's also an opportunity to better understand how the team works and how many technical decisions begin here.
