What does quality control consist in?
We provide a professional quality control service at all stages of production processes (control of components, semi-finished products, final details) and in all design phases (Pre-series, PPAP, Series Production). We are specialists in terms of implementation of quality control services within the framework of procedures for launching new projects of GP12, Safe Launch Plan, New Project Quality Wall, as well as part of the implementation of selection (containment), to separate non-conforming units at the D3 stage in the problem-solving method through the 8D qualitative tool. Our Quality Engineers participate in
the processes of defining the root cause of the problem (D4) by using XR or computed tomography. Professional quality control is also essential for OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) production. The quality control service is carried out visually and with measurement tools.
The SGP Group also has accreditation to implement special CSL1, CSL2 statuses (additional product quality control required in case of special status). With measuring equipment at our disposal, we are also able to carry out quality control by using the methods of XR, 3D and small elements under the microscope. Our experienced specialists also carry out quality control on the principle of the “quality wall”, the so-called firewall. This is
a comprehensive part inspection, detail measurement and, if necessary, also repair and modification of parts, packaging, or repackaging.
The services carried out by the SGP Group within the framework of quality control also include Safe Launch Plan (planning safe launching) and GP-12 (strengthened control).

Ensuring the quality of supplies
Our controllers carry out the quality control process of the delivered components and the experienced quality engineer watches over the complaint process with the supplier and the implementation of corrective actions.
Reverse engineering
Using 3D scanning and 2D documentation, we create the CAD model of the real object, which allows for recreating components or sub-assemblies that are no longer available. Precise mapping in 3D technology enables saving time and resources.
