What services do we offer in terms of training?

SGP – Training & Consulting specializes in the implementation of training and consulting projects for companies and public administration. We support organizations in launching their development processes, providing the highest quality services in the field of training for employees, consulting, implementation, and audits. Training

We strengthen competences by developing skills of employees and supporting them
in acquiring new ones.
We focus on practical workshops, giving the opportunity to implement the solutions discussed in practice. We carry out services throughout the country as well as in a remote form. We offer open and closed training, i.e., “tailor-made” to the needs of customers. We comprehensively support companies in the implementation of training plans, due to a wide range of training, among others, in the field of, quality tools, Lean Management, management systems, metrology, logistics, and the development of personal, managerial and sales skills. Among the rich offer of training, you will find specialist training dedicated exclusively to the automotive, aviation, food, and cosmetics industries.

Implementation

We professionally and effectively assist in the process of implementing management systems and passing the certification audit. We support, among others, in the development and implementation of the system implementation strategy, preparation of documentation, implementation of employee training. At the customer’s request we help during the certification audit.

Consulting / Advisory

We quickly and reliably support customers in overcoming challenges arising in
the company.
Changing requirements, standards and regulations bring about that companies are not always able to keep up with them and, consequently, they incorrectly interpret and implement them for the needs of their own organization.  

Audits

We provide the services of audits (internal on request, preliminary, pre-certification, second party-suppliers), carried out in accordance with the highest quality standards by
the experienced experts, auditors of SGP- Training & Consulting.

We offer audits as a tool for the assessment and improvement of management systems, among others:

  • audits for the automotive industry (the audit of the quality management system in
    the automotive industry – IATF, VDA 6.3 process audit, VDA 6.5 product audit, CQI special process audits)
  • audits of Quality Management Systems – ISO 9001 and ISO 13485
  • audits of Management Systems – ISO 14001; ISO 45001; ISO 27001; ISO 22000; ISO 50001

Partner Contact     1 Contact with the customer The customer contacts us by e-mail, telephone or via a contact form, or sends a request for a closed training quote available on the website – www.szkolenia-sgp.pl.
    2 Analysis of the needs We focus on communication with the customer. Through the initial diagnosis of the needs and expectations, carried out by the representative and/or expert of SGP-Training & Consulting, we adapt solutions.
    3 Offer preparation process Based on the collected information, we prepare a comprehensive offer that includes, among others, the scope, profile of a specialist dedicated to the service implementation, the proposal for time-limits and the quote.
    4 Service implementation Once the terms of the offer have been accepted by the customer and the order/application form has been sent, the service implementation process begins. All substantive and organizational issues are clarified with the customer. The customer is informed about the progress of implementation at each stage.
    5 Service completion Customer satisfaction survey and issuing the sales invoice
